Buffalo Tank - 3 - 22 November 2011
5709 E. Fremont St. (AKA
26 E.), Stockton
San Joaquin County
10 April 2009 with no comments received by this agency. All monitoring wells were properly
destroyed by the RP on 10 November 2011.
Based on no remaining impacts to groundwater, minimal impacts to soil, minimal threats from
vapor intrusion, no planned changes to Site usage (commercial), and a well-defined extent of
soil contamination, no further action is warranted for the site. Staff recommends closure of
this Site. The RP and San Joaquin County concur to the case closure.
Attachments:
1 . Site Location Figure 1
2.
