According to Chief Richard Rellios.of the..French Camp Fire Department, no evidence of leaks or releases was observed at the <br /> time of the con-vault removal in 1995. SECOR did not observe any evidence of spills or leaks near the location of the former AST. <br /> According to the PG&E Area Foreman, there is no evidence that any waste oils were stored onsite and no evidence of onsite vehicle <br /> repairs onsite for over twenty years (limits of his site knowledge).
