Permission to conduct inspection given by Vern McBride, Fleet Maintenance Director. <br /> 2. Inspection was done with Vern McBride. <br /> 3. A direct count was used in counting the tires. <br /> 4. TPID certificate is located in the shop office. <br /> 5. Facility uses McCoy and Brannon as their registered waste tire hauler. <br /> 6. Waste tire manifests (CTLs and EDTs)were available for review. <br /> 7. Facility only stores tires at this location. <br /> "8. Reminder that the waste tire manifests must be retained for 3 years. <br /> 9. Inspection report will be emailed to: vmcbride@acttrucking.com <br /> FILE COPY <br />
