R <br /> Zach Roberts RECEIVED <br /> 3333 Auto Center Circle <br /> DEC 21 2015 <br /> Stockton, CA 95212 <br /> October 1, 2015 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205-6232 <br /> To whom it may concern: <br /> On September 02, 2015 Stockton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram had a random inspection of compliance from <br /> your office and received a Return to Compliance Report with several minor violations. <br /> To date, Stockton GDR, has modified a number of these issues and this letter is to notify your office of <br /> the current progress made. <br /> 1. A contingency plan is currently being prepared by Melvin Jones, a contractor specializing in <br /> these services and will be sending in a copy of his report to your office. <br /> 2. A hazardous waste management training course has been scheduled for the month of October <br /> 2015, specific date to be determined. A manifest of this training will be created for record <br /> purposes. <br /> 3. Copies of waste disposal have been supplied by waste management company and are currently <br /> on site.This record will be kept up to date and ongoing until the closure of the facility. <br /> 4. A CERS hazardous waste program has been created and submitted by Melvin Jones. <br /> 5. Additional lids for waste containers have been ordered from waste management facility and <br /> being delivered at next pick up date. <br /> 6. A title 22 inspection has been scheduled for October 9th, 2015 which was the first available date <br /> and time. <br /> 7. A daily waste tank assessment manifest has been created and is currently in use.This manifest <br /> will be completed every day until the closure of the facility. <br /> Although all of the items have not been completed at this time,the corrections necessary are in process <br /> and will be completed in a timely manner. <br /> If any additional information or questions arise, please contact me as soon as possible so I may have the <br /> opportunity to correct these issues. <br />
