Pacific Management Services recommends re- inspection after any corrective action, repair or change in usage when the change is to a more severe service. Any change in facility conditions that are applicable to this inspection report, such as, but not limited to, a change in service or usage could result in outdating this report. The predictability of any component in this report is a result of following the procedures in the applicable industry standard.
