Directly,a letter <br /> stating that waste oil and oil filter manifests of disposal is being kept properly as required 1sy law. Prior to <br /> the request,the disposal records were not kept properly and were not readily-available upon request. A <br /> Generator Waste Deport was provided and submitted to Your office in early September. This report <br /> outlines the waste type,amounts,and description,as well.as proper EPA IDs and dates going back to <br /> January of 2013.This report is a matter of record with Safety Kleen and Clean Harbors.
