The <br /> following items are required to be inspected at least daily: <br /> 1. overfill/spill control equipment; <br /> 2. aboveground portions of the tank system to detect corrosion or releases of water; <br /> 3. data gathered from monitoring and leak-detection equipment, <br /> 4. outside areas of the tank system including secondary containment to detect erosion or signs of releases of <br /> hazardous waste, <br /> 5. for uncovered tanks, the level of waste in the tank. <br /> Immediately begin required inspections of the hazardous waste tank system, document the items inspected and keep <br /> inspection logs onsite. Submit a copy of the inspection log for the next 30 days to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Containers of hazardous waste not properly labeled: <br /> -A white 250 gallon container of waste antifreeze on the south west side of the facility did not have a start <br /> accumulation date. <br /> -A black 40 gallon drum of used absorbent with oil on the south west side of the facility only had "Hazardous Waste" <br /> on the drum. <br /> -A black 40 gallon drum of used absorbent with oil on the south west side of the facility did not have a hazardous <br /> waste label. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information.
