Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. The facility <br /> generates the following waste: Parts washer waste from two units. <br /> Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the above waste, and manage it according to the <br /> Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Hazardous wastes are toxic, reactive, ignitable or corrosive as <br /> defined in Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) explaining how these wastes were managed by January 15, 2012. <br /> 132. The waste oil and waste antifreeze tanks inspections are not documented. Daily documented <br /> inspections are required for large quantity hazardous waste generators. Include all requirements <br /> specified in Title 22 CCR section 66265.195(a). A form was provided by the inspector which can be used <br /> for this inspection. Immediately start documenting daily inspections of the waste oil and antifreeze tanks. <br /> Notes <br /> 1. Complete the following by January 15, 2012 and send to the EHD: <br /> a. The Return to Compliance Certification form. <br /> b. A statement explaining how each violation was corrected. <br /> c. Supporting documentation. <br /> 2.
