Stockton Dodge, Waste Oil & Waste Antifreeze Tank Assessment (2010)
Volume calculation(s)
The secondary containment for the waste oil tank is provided by the integral
secondary containment. Secondary containment for the waste antifreeze tank is
provided by a polyethylene beam of 400 gallons. The waste antifreeze tank's
working volume is 193 gallons. The tanks, piping and pumps are under roof
above a concrete pad and foundation. The twenty five year rain event does not
apply since the tanks, piping and pumps are under roof. The secondary
containment is inspected daily by the Stockton Dodge staff. The secondary
containment is sufficient.
Visual inspection of containment area:
The containment for the piping and pumps were found to be dry with no evidence
of leaks.
