Mr. Garrett Backus, I am following up on the Inspection dated 4/12/2010 EPA#CAD981967680, Page #1 - line #7 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. *(Related to brake metal fines)* We now have a 30 gallon container properly labeled and covered as *(Hazardous Waste-Solid)* Page#1 - line #20 Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste *(Related to Spent Absorbent)* We now have a 30 gallon container properly labeled and covered as *(Hazardous Waste— Toxic)* Page #1 — line #32 Failed to comply with new HW tank system assessment requirements *(Related to 650 gallon waste oil tank and 250 gallon waste antifreeze tanks)* We are currently working with Kleinfelder Associates (Joseph D. Zilles) regarding the proper inspection and awaiting a start date! Page #1 — line #33 Failed to provide secondary containment for HW tank *(Related to 250 gallon Waste Coolant Tank)* We have currently order and paid for the#IRM #3750T open top containment tank with 375 gallon capacity!
