Please proceed with <br /> submittal of a well permit application and required $89 . 00 fee to PHS/EHD. Please note <br /> that a well permit application and required fee must be submitted for each separate <br /> parcel of land on which borings will be advanced . Also note that well permits are issued <br /> to the licensed C-57 contractor who will be performing the work. If more than one <br /> contractor will be working on site, each must be issued a permit. An encroachment <br /> permit must be obtained from the City of Stockton for any work that will be done in the <br /> city right of way. A copy of the issued encroachment permit must be submitted to <br /> PHS/EHD before a well permit can be issued .
