Clearwater will forward a copy of this workplan to <br /> the EHD on your behalf. <br /> Upon receiving the EHD's approval of the workplan, you should obtain pre- <br /> approval of the costs to implement the workplan from the Underground <br /> Storage Tank Cleanup Fund (USTCF) .
