The new situation with the UST Cleanup Fund has added another <br /> caveat to the mix; the budget allotted for the subject site this fiscal year (which ends in just 2 1/2 <br /> months) is insufficient to complete the proposed work, as outlined in our RAP and approved in your <br /> letter. Now that I have your RAP approval letter, I can submit a budget change order request for <br /> additional funds to complete this work. However, I believe that we will not have the funds in time (if <br /> at all) to complete this work by the end of this fiscal year (June 30th) . <br /> 1 <br />
