f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> 9. OUTDOOR STORAGE: No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> h. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,Title <br /> 24). <br /> (2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (3) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the"tow away' sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R.. Title 24). <br /> (4) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> (5) A one-hour occupancy separation wall shall be installed between the office space <br /> and the auto shop if none exists. <br /> 2.
