IMPROVEMENT PLAN REQUIREMENT <br /> ONSITE WELL AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN .COUNTY. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> To be submitted to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for <br /> review by the Environmental Health Division of San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services . <br /> 1 . Information to be shown on plans <br /> a. Locate parcel (show frontage street and distance to <br /> nearest intersection) . <br /> b . Show Assessor's Parcel Number �APN) and parcel map <br /> number. <br /> C . Indicate scale of plan and North arrow . <br /> d . Show complete dimensions of the parcel(s) including <br /> parcel square footage or acreage. <br /> e . Show complete dimensions and location of all <br /> improvements ,. whether existing or proposed (buildings <br /> or building area, patios , walks , swimming pools , <br /> driveways., ponds , etc. ) . <br /> f . Indicate ground , surfacing (paved, compacted earth, <br /> unimproved) . <br /> g . Dimension and location of all drainage retentign <br /> basins . <br /> h. Location and nature of any existing sewage disposal <br /> systems on the property . <br /> i . Location and size of proposed sewage disposal- area . <br /> Show location of percolation test holes(s) , if <br /> required, in the sewage disposal area and indicate the <br /> test results on the plan (see Public Health sewage <br /> standards for minimum distance requirements) . • <br /> J . Location of any existing and proposed wells , domestic <br /> or irrigation, in use or abandoned on subject property <br /> or within 150 feet of the property lines on adjacent <br /> properties . <br /> k . Source of domestic water supply if not a private well. <br /> 1 . Show slopes in excess of 10 percent . <br /> M . Set back requirements of front , back and sides . <br /> n. Location of any water course or water body within 200 <br /> feet of property lines . <br /> 2 : . Miscellaneous information <br /> a Name and address of property owner. <br /> b. Name, address and phone number of applicant and/or <br /> developer for referrals . <br /> C.
