All boring and well logs (including construction/screening). <br /> Prepare a work plan for an additional investigation to assess and delineate impacted <br /> groundwater, and to delineate the vertical and lateral definition of sorbed contaminants at <br /> this site. The work plan should be prepared in the context of a current SCM. Submit this <br /> work plan and SCM by 13 June 2003. <br /> It is not necessary to analyze the quarterly groundwater samples by Environmental <br /> Protection Agent(EPA) SW-846 method 8021 because these sample compounds are <br /> reported by EPA SW-846 method 8260B. Please report all detected results found during <br /> the analysis of quarterly groundwater samples by EPA SW-846 method 8260B in a tablext <br /> format. <br /> EHD has not received a complete well survey report of domestic, municipal, industrial lye <br /> and other wells within a 2,000-foot radius of this site. Contact the Department of Water <br /> Resources,municipal water suppliers, and nearby industries for well information. <br /> Perform a physical search of the area to identify all wells. Show the location of all wells <br /> on a map,relative to the location of the subject site. Submit any known construction <br /> details of the wells, and identify all sources of information in the well survey report. <br /> Submit this report by 23 May 2003.
