Grant SITE CODE: 1122 <br /> Stockton, California <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) has completed the review of the "Assessment of <br /> Soil and Groundwater Contamination" workplan dated September 17 , <br /> 1993 and has the following comments. <br /> The five soil borings and four monitoring wells proposed in the <br /> workplan appears to be adequate for this phase of the <br /> investigation. Please be advised, however, that additional soil <br /> borings/monitoring wells may need to be installed to define the <br /> full extent of the soil and groundwater contaminant plumes at <br /> this site.
