On September 20, 1990,you
were sent a notice that the Soil Remediation Work Plan was due within fourteen (14) days or enforcement
action from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) would be requested by
San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division.
On October 3, 1990,WaterWork Corporation submitted a Preliminary Assessment Report for 308 N. Grant.
WaterWork proposes to install monitoring wells around Tank A and re-excavate contaminated soil under
Tank B which is adjacent to the former underground storage tank at 83S Miner.
