The wall <br /> samples will be collected at a depth of five feet above <br /> the bottom of the excavation with one taken for every <br /> twenty lineal feet of exposed face. The samples will be <br /> analyzed by B.C. laboratories, a State certified <br /> laboratory, for benezene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and <br /> eylenes by EPA method 8020, and total gasoline petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons by EPA Method 8015 . <br /> 3 . All excavated soil will be placed over asphalt and <br /> covered with visquine until sample results are received. <br /> The excavated soils will be aerated under permit from the <br /> San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District. The <br /> excavation will be backfilled with clean material and <br /> paved after all excavation is complete. <br /> A report of findings of the investigation will be prepared and <br /> presented to the San Joaquin Public Health Services . <br /> We proposed that a San Joauin Public Health Services representative <br /> will be on-site during the re-excavation and that the exact <br /> location and number of soil samples to be collected will be <br /> determined in the field. <br /> If you have any questions or comment, please contact me at your <br /> convenience.
