Since that time <br /> no additional pending reimbursement made by Mr. Skobrak have been received and the fund has <br /> accrued over $100,000 to $160,000 in fees against the site at 308 North Grant Street, Stockton, <br /> California(site). <br /> A quarterly ground water monitoring event was not performed at the site due to the current status <br /> the State of California Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund(USTCF),which funds the site's <br /> environmental cleanup. �ry r <br /> A soil vapor extraction(SVE)remediation system operated at the site until O February 2009. The <br /> January SVE sampling event indicated the following:total petroleum hydrocarbon as gasoline(TPIT) N c <br /> were detected at 2,400 micrograms per liter(gg/l),toluene at 4.3 µg/l,ethyl-benzene at 7.6µg/l and tbt rM <br /> xylene at 50 µg/1. A disposal of waste water was conducted on 15 January 2009; removing J <br /> approximately 500 gallons of waste. 1,,L„_„( � <br /> Mr. Charles Skobrak does not have the financial capabilities to continue active remediation and 44.,, <br /> likely no or limited quarterly ground water monitoring activities at the site until Mr.Charles Skobrak rl&4 <br /> can receive reimbursement from the UST Cleanup Fund(i.e. $100,000-160,000). Therefore,AGE S o <br /> is requesting a suspension of active soil vapor remediation and reduction ground water monitoring <br /> activities; limited to semi-annual sampling of wells MW-5 and MW-8, at the site until the most <br /> recent reimbursement request is received by Mr. Charles Skobrak, effective April 2009.
