As the SVE operation has progressed, <br /> soil vapor concentrations have steadily declined and now SVE alone is not cost effective. Either AGE needs to <br /> augments the SVE with the proposed IAS operation,or turn off the oxidizer. <br /> Please respond to the SVE report and the proposed remediation strategy. <br /> William R.
