..� .i <br /> MIA <br /> M5 <br /> C ITY O F STOC K T O N <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> Two Ground Water Monitoring Wells, Fence and Mechanical Equipment <br /> Installed Behind Face of Curb <br /> Permit No.: 07-14W <br /> Date: September 25, 2007 <br /> Site Location: 308 GRANT STREET <br /> Permittee: ADVANCED GEOENVIRONMENTAL <br /> 837 SHAW ROAD <br /> STOCKTON, CA 95215 <br /> In accordance with Ordinance 028-00, passed by the Council of the City of Stockton on <br /> November 6, 2000, a permit revocable at the pleasure of the Public Works Director of the <br /> City of Stockton is hereby granted to: <br /> ADVANCED GEOENVIRONMENTAL <br /> To install and maintain two (2) ground water monitoring wells, an 8 ft wide by 20 ft long <br /> Eft high perimeter fence and mechanical equipment at 308 Grant Street, Stockton CA. <br /> This permit is granted under the following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to <br /> Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No. 00-0554 on <br /> November 14, 2000, and on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Stockton. <br /> 2. The general location of the wells, fence and equipment shall be as shown on the <br /> map attached. The precise location shall be determined in the field by the City of <br /> Stockton. The wells shall be located outside of the paved area of the street. The <br /> wells shall not be installed within any travel lanes. <br />
