AGE-NC Project No 95-0184 <br />' Page 3 of 5 <br />' MW-7, VW-2B, and VW-5C <br /> As last quarter results Indicated,the ground water appeared to flow generally northeast across much <br />' of the site under an average hydraulic gradient of approximately 0 004 foot/foot (ft/ft, Figure 3) <br /> s <br />' 3 2 ANALYTICAL RESULTS OF WATER SAMPLES <br /> TPH-g was detected in all of the sampled monitoring wells at concentrations ranging from <br />' 120 micrograms per liter (µg/1) in MW-7 to 210,000 µg/l in VW-2B TPH-d was detected in the <br /> sample from MW-4 at a concentration of 21,000 µg/1 A map of dissolved TPH concentrations are l <br /> illustrated on Figure 4 / <br />' Various BTEX compounds were detected in all ground water samples analyzed The maximum <br /> concentrations detected were 120,000 µg11 benzene (VW-2B), 81,000 µg/l toluene, 7,500 µg/l <br />' ethylbenzene, and 37,000 pg/1 total xylenes (VW-5B) A map of dissolved benzene concentrations <br /> ,-10are illustrated on Figure 5 1,- <br /> 10 <br /> MTBE was detected in samples from wells MW-4, VW-2B, VW-3 and VW-4 at concentrations <br /> ranging from 64 µg/1 (VW-3) to 480 µg/l (VW-4) A map of dissolved MTBE concentrations Is <br />' shown on Figure 6 <br /> The lead scavenger 1,2-DCA was detected in MW-1, MW-2, MW-4, VW-2B, VW-3, VW-4, <br />' VW-5B,and VW-5C at concentrations ranging from 4 9µg/l(MW-1)to 380µg/l(VW-4),EDB was <br /> detected in VW-2B at a concentration of 86 µg/l A map of dissolved 1,2-DCA concentrations is <br /> shown on Figure 7 <br />' Six additional VOCs were detected at the following maximum concentrations naphthalene at <br /> 2,200 µg11 (MW-4), 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene at 5,500 µg/1, n-propylbenzene at 530 µg/l, <br />' 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene at 1,400µg/l(VW-5B),isopropylbenzene at 130µg/l and p-isopropyltouene <br /> at 26 µg/1 (VW-3) <br />' Analytical results of ground water samples are summarized in Tables 2 and 3 Copies of the <br /> laboratory report(CTEL Project No CT214-0509187), quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) <br /> reports, and chain of custody forms are included in Appendix D Documents confirming the upload <br />' of laboratory electronic deliverable format (EDF) files and depth to water measurements to <br /> GeoTracker are included in Appendix E <br />' Advanced GeoEnhronmental,Inc <br /> 1 <br />
