Destruction of the _ <br /> monitoring wells is required to complete the closure of this site: Once the destruction of the monitoring wells has a <br /> been completed PHS/EHD will issue the final closure letter and�the site will be removed from the contaminated site 1 <br /> list. <br /> The three monitoring wells at this site must be destroyed by a C-57 licensed contractor under permit and inspection <br /> of PHS/EHD.
