It addresses those <br /> activities associated with site characterization and will be <br /> implemented during all site investigations and related field <br /> work. Compliance with this Site Safety Plan (SSp) is <br /> required of all Alton Geoscience <br /> ' parties who enter personnel, subcontractors, <br /> and third <br /> p er the site. The requirements and <br /> parameters identified in this SSP will be subjet to <br /> modification as warranted by existin <br /> work g ressesg site conditions or as <br /> pro . However, no changes will be made without <br /> r the prior approval of the Project Safety Officer. <br /> PROJECT SAFETY OFFICER <br /> tr The Project Safety Officer has overall responsibility for the <br /> development, coordination, and implementation of the SSP and <br /> its conformity with the ,Alton Geoscience Health and Safety <br /> Program. . The Project Safety Officer will also be responsible <br /> i <br /> for field' implementation of the SSP. This will include <br /> communicating the site-specific requirements to all site <br /> r personnel and third parties, and assuring compliance with the <br /> Company Health and Safety Program.
