The site will be fenced to. <br /> prevent access by nonessential personnel.. Excavation areas <br /> will be cordoned off with delineators, taping, barriers, <br /> and/or fencing. <br /> Undergroundutilities will be identified prior to operation, <br /> and power lines and pipelines will be shut down, locked-out <br /> and tagged, as appropriate. <br /> Flammablp, A m h r <br /> In the event that combustible gas indicator readings anywhere <br /> on .the site exceed 10% of the LFL of gasoline (11, 000 Ppm) , <br /> work will be suspended, monitoring will be continued as <br /> necessary to isolate the area of concern, and some or all of <br /> 'he `following environmental controls will be implemented as <br /> appropriate: <br /> 1 . <br /> f.i 1 .
