BOX 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> REQUEST FOR REGIONAL BOARD CONCURRENCE IN DRILLING SIX <br /> EXPLORATORY BOREHOLES AT THE MOBIL BULK PLANT, 500 EAST GRANTLINE <br /> ROAR, TRACY, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Regional Board Staff have received. a phone call requesting our <br /> concurrence with installation of six exploratory boreholes at the <br /> Mobil bulk plant in Tracy, We concur with the proposed <br /> installation provided the information gathered is used to develop <br /> a Preliminary Report for the site. <br /> Since ground water contamination has apparently occurred, a <br /> complete site investigation should be completed, .including the <br /> Preliminary Report, problem Assessment Report, and Final Remedial <br /> Plan.
