Your letter requested a quarterly monitoring report <br /> by March 10, 1992; I informed you that a report on ground water <br /> monitoring and sampling for a November 1991 sampling event was <br /> delinquent, and it was agreed that it would be sent to Mobil Oil <br /> for review and forwarding the week of .March 2, 1992.
