TRACY, CALIFORNIA
Environmental Health Division
1601 East Hazelton Ave.
§j6ckton, CA 95201
Dear Ms. Cottula: .,
This letter confirms that Alton Geoscience submitted a Site
Characterization Report, dated June 27, 1991, on behalf of
Mobil Oil Corporation on July 9, 1991.
No TPHG, TPHD, or BETX constituents were detected above
reported detected limits in the ground water samples from
monitoring wells AW-1, Aw-2, .and AW-4 through AW-8. TPH-G,
ethylbenzene, and total xylenes were detected only in the
ground water samples from monitoring well AW-3 at
concentrations ranging from 0. 3 to 210 ppb.
Based on the above findings, we believe no further
characterization of the dissolved-phase hydrocarbon plume is
necessary at this time.
If you have' any questions, Please feel free to call me at
(818) -953-2626.
Sincerely,
s. re"
Stephen Pao
Field Engineer II
enclosure
Mr. Gordon L.
