The Conditional No Further Action Determination stated that the effective date of this
Determination will be issued to you after Central Valley Water Board staff receives
documentation that the monitoring wells were destroyed with San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department (County) approval and oversight.
In a letter dated 16 August 2010, you provided documentation demonstrating that the
monitoring wells were destroyed on 27 July 2010 with County oversight. Therefore, the No
Further Action Determination for this Site is effective as of the date of this letter.
Issuance of a No Further Action Determination does not preclude future action by the Central
Valley Water Board if subsequent monitoring, testing, or analysis at the Site indicates that the
remedial action standards and objectives were not achieved; a new or previously undiscovered
release occurs at the Site; or new information indicates that further site investigation and
remedial action are required to prevent a significant risk to human health and safety, the
environment, or water quality.
-If.yo { uestio4is aboutthis-letter,..y_9.u_may call._Kristi Shelton at (916) 464-4819.
A ONJ K.J.
