SEP 126 '95 10:52AM ENV MGMNT/ GRNDWATER WASTE TEAM P.2/7 <br /> COPY 2 OF 3 <br /> RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT <br /> Grantline Road at Corral Hollow Road, Tracy, California <br /> This Agreement is between Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation, <br /> ("Chevron") and Marie Gomes Fauns, Inc., a California Corporation; and, Grantline Properties, a <br /> California General Partnership ("Grantline') and provides to Chevron's engineering consultants a <br /> right of entry to Grantline's property at the northwest corner of the intersection of Grantline Road <br /> and Corral Follow Road, Tracy, California(the"Property"). <br /> RE ALS <br /> A. Grantline is the current owner of the Property. Chevron owns a pipeline and <br /> pipeline easement adjacent to the Property. <br /> B. The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, has <br /> directed Chevron to furnish information regarding certain petroleum product related ground and <br /> groundwater contamination and associated remediation work plans at the Property. The Regional <br /> Board has also identified concerns about known or suspected soil contamination and potential <br /> groundwater contamination at the Property. Chevron has retained Geomatrix Consultants and <br /> other engineering consultants to conduct investigations on the Property. <br /> C. Chevron has requested access to the Property for the purpose of conducting site <br /> investigation and remediation(`work'). Grantlineand Chevron wish to provide for this access on <br /> the following terms. <br /> -1- <br />
