The site is located <br /> northwest of the intersection of Grant Line and Corral Hollow Roads (Figure 1 from the 23 <br /> February 1994 Geomatrix work plan). Chevron plans to install one air sparging well and three , <br /> groundwater monitor wells at the site as part of their Phase 1.groundwater remedation activities. <br /> The remediation work plan was submitted to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (RWQCB) on 23 February 1994 and was approved by RWQCB,in a letter to Chevron. <br /> The completed forms.and other related information for the well permit application are enclosed <br /> with this letter: <br /> • well permit application form .. <br /> • Masterfile Record.Information Form (green) <br /> • General Program File Form (pink) <br /> • facsimile copy - property owners' information <br /> + RWQCB approval letter to Chevron <br /> • excerpts from the 23 February 1994 Geomatrix work plan pertaining to the <br /> installation of the four wells <br /> • check#26157 of$234 for the County's site mitigation program - oversight review <br /> check #26165 of$89 for the well permit application <br /> Soil boring and well installation services will be provided by Spectrum Exploration, Inc., of <br /> `Stockton; California. You have indicated that the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Division (EHD) has records of Spectrum's contractor information.
