Chevron.EMC shall give Owner or Owner's representative at last fortyeight (48)hours notice before initiating any field activities on the Property. 4. Chevron EMC shall provide reasonable coor+dination'and accommodation to Oh Mcr and Owner's representatives in the event that the owner's consbt-gotion activities are performed at the Property, owner shall provide Chevron EMC with reasonable notice of said constr+wtion at✓tivities and shall provide aI!Ieast sixty(60)days notice of construction activities that may require reloeatitin or disruption of Chevron EMC's monitor wells or other assessment equipment at the Property. Chevron EMC,at Its sole expense,shall pay for relocation' abandonment,or disruption of monitoring wells;relocation and abandonwnent Of monitoring wells is subject to prior approval by the Agency or other regulatory agency with jurisdiction over the wells. S. Chevron EMC agrees to provide Owner with copies of all data,49141yses,.and final reports which are prepared relating to the investigation p_Iformed rya tho Property. Copies of previous investigation reports and correspondence m ith the Agency can be provided to the Owner at its request, 6. Chevron EMC shall discharge at once or bond or otherwise secure age n&f:all Iiens"Ad attachments that may be filed in connection with the assessment Performed on the Property pursuant to this Agreement,and shall indemnily and save Owner harmless from and against any and all loss, daimige, injury, liability aad claims thereof resulting directly or indirectly from such liens and attachments. 9.
