State Route 4
(APN 181-020-02) and 7119 E. Mariposa Road (APN 179-020-02), respectively. Gerry
Kamilos of PCCP Mariposa Lakes, LLC, would continue to be the one for contact on the
MFR as the property owner.
Kleinfelder has scheduled V&W Drilling of Isleton, California to perform the required
task. The task is to include two (2) additional monitoring wells (MW-16 and MW-17),
one on each parcel, see Plate 1. The two additional monitoring wells will be placed at
their respective locations. Monitoring well construction will be similar to previous
installations, see Diagram 1. Kleinfelder will notify San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department (SJEHD) prior to grouting of each boring to allow them to visually
inspect the process to ensure that it is within their specifications. The required fees will
also be submitted prior to any work being performed to SJCEHD.
A tentative date in the week of February 12, 2007 has been scheduled to begin drilling.
The proposed monitoring wells will be staked prior to the drilling activities.
