The Tracy site is the location <br /> of a former manufactured gas plant. The purpose of the Remedial Investigation is to <br /> find the vertical and horizontal extent of any contamination at the site. The results of <br /> this investigation combined with data from historic investigations will be utilized to <br /> produce a Remedial Action Workplan. <br /> DTSC's comments detailed in our email with the electronic review dated 14 March 2008 <br /> have been addressed and incorporated into the final version of the Workplan.
