Grantline Rd., Tracy, CA
Brian :
This site (a non-commercial petroleum fueling facility) does not meet the LTCP criteria . An EHD letter was sent
to Alexis Fischer at Chevron on June 18, 2013, requesting a work plan for a soil vapor evaluation by Aug. 1, 2013 .
No work plan has been received by the EHD.
Also, the CVRWQCB is evaluating waste oil UST removal results before considering sites for closure. This site had
identified naphthalene in the soil at the time of the waste oil removal . Chevron did some point source
removal/limited soil excavation, but I can't fine confirmation samples for naphthalene in the final excavation or
in the waste stockpiles. Please look into your records and see if you have the results that will be required by the
CVRWQCB. If you don't have a copy of the letter, the EHD letter is on GeoTracker.
Harlin Knoll, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E .
