(GTI) , to describe the drilling and sampling procedures <br /> associated with the further assessment of soil and groundwater beneath the subject site. <br /> GTI's workplan describes the drilling of four soil borings and the subsequent installation of four <br /> groundwater monitoring wells. GTI will perform well development and subsequent groundwater <br /> sampling will be performed by Chevron' s groundwater monitoring consultant, Blaine Tech <br /> Services. <br /> I would also like to take this opportunity to inform you of Chevron' s plans to backfill and compact <br /> —all-excavations onsite._ATprox mately_three hundred_cubic--yards_ofsoiLgenerated_during��94 <br /> excavation activities have been successfully aerated onsite to below detectable levels for TPHGas <br /> and BTEX constituents. Copies of the stockpile analytical results are attached. Chevron intends to <br /> reuse these soils as backfill material.
