FINDINGS FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> PA-1900273 <br /> LOS ALTOS, INCJDILLON AND MURPHY <br /> 1. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, <br /> Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the <br /> County. <br /> • The proposed Minor Subdivision Map PA-900273 is consistent with the General <br /> Plan, any applicable Specific Plan and Special Purpose Plan and any other <br /> applicable plan adopted by the County because the R-L land use designation <br /> permits the division proposed. Further, no specific plans are involved. <br /> 2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan <br /> and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan. <br /> • The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the <br /> General Plan and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan because <br /> the design and improvements meet the minimum standards contained in the <br /> General Plan as reflected in the Tentative Map. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. <br /> • The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed because all <br /> development requirements contained in the Development Title and all minimum <br /> County standards are met. <br /> 4.
