Lemon Avenue was for the replacement of a septic tank with forty feet of leach line and one sump. Permit number 78-925 for 28442 E. Lemon Avenue was for the repair of one forty-foot leach line and one sump. Permit numberSR0045282 and 89- 659 for 28424 E. Lemon Avenue is for an additional leach line and one sump repair/addition. Copies of selected septic permits can be found in Appendix C of this report. 1.3.7 Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage The total maximum daily septic tank usage for the three bedroom residence will be approximately 420 gallons per day (gpd).
