CHRONOLOGY <br /> TRACY AUTO STEREO <br /> 10 W GRANT LINE RD, TRACY <br /> 10/28/93 One 90 gallon UST, one 300 gallon UST, one 280 gallon UST and <br /> two 18 gallon tanks associated with piping were removed this date. <br /> Discolored soil and petroleum odor were noted. Sidewall soil <br /> samples were collected near each UST at 5 to 6 feet below surface <br /> grade (bsg). A grab groundwater sample was collected at 6 feet <br /> bsg. 190 cubic yards of contaminated soil was taken to the Tracy <br /> Airport for treatment. <br /> 11/01/93 325 gallons of water wasremoved by a vacuum truck and taken to <br /> Petroleum Recycling Corp. Twelve soil <br /> and 6 water samples collected for analysis. <br /> 04/21/00 Date of"Preliminary Site!Assessment Investigation" reporting ' <br /> results of 3113100 investigation. Soil'contamination.at 10 feet bsg of <br /> TPH-gas in 3 borings. All non detect at 20to 22 feet bsg. Grab <br /> groundwater samples from 131 and ;132 had low levels of TPH-gas. y <br /> Grab water sample from B3 had 10_,000 ppb TPH-gas. Other 3 <br /> grab samples non detect'. . <br /> r <br />
