Only corrective <br /> action costs required by the regulatory agency to protect human health, safety and the <br /> environment can be claimed for reimbursement. Unless waived in writing,you are required to <br /> obtain preapproval of costs for all future corrective action work(form enclosed). If you <br /> have any questions on obtaining preapproval of your costs or the three bid requirement, please <br /> call James DiGiorgio, our Technical Reviewer assigned to claims in your Region, at(916)227- <br /> 7748.
