(ATC) has prepared the attached San Joaquin County EnvironmentalHealth <br /> Department (EHD) Well & Boring Permit Application (Attachment 1) and Master File Record form <br /> (Attachment 2) to advance four vertical soil borings associated with the Former Cheaper Store #37 <br /> located at 15 E. Grant Line Road in Tracy, California (Figure 1). The proposed work will be <br /> conducted within San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 214-350-004, located north <br /> of Grant Line Road and east of Holly Drive. A site plan showing the proposed soil boring locations is <br /> provided as (Figure 2). Per our telephone conversation, a check payable to San Joaquin County EHD <br /> in the amount of$488.00 has been included to cover the permit application fees. ATC has tentatively <br /> scheduled the proposed work to be conducted on September 20,2010. <br /> This work is described in ATC's document titled Workplan for Soil Gas Study Activities at Former <br /> Cheaper Store 937, 15 E. Grant Line Road, Tracy, California dated May 19, 2010.
