The Site is bounded by Holly Drive to the west, a parking lot to the north, an empty lot <br /> to the east and East Grantline Road to the south. The surrounding land use is mixed residential <br /> and commercial. <br /> Site History/Assessments <br /> In March 1988, soil contamination was identified during the removal of USTs. To date, eight <br /> monitoring wells have been installed and monitored regularly. <br /> Remediation Summary <br /> • Free Product: No free product was documented throughout the life of this case <br /> • Soil Excavation: An estimated 500 cubic yards of impacted soil was removed and <br /> disposed offsite in 1988 <br />
