Health Division (PHS/EHD) has <br /> completed it' s review of the Soil Excavation and Sampling Report, <br /> received September 19, 1990 , which was prepared by the <br /> Environmental Construction Company, for the above referenced site, <br /> and has the following comments: <br /> 1. The scope of work lists the removal and disposal of <br /> hydrocarbon-contaminated soils and any remaining product <br /> lines but the report does not include the amounts of <br /> each, how and by whom each were transported, or the final <br /> destination of each, please provide this information. If <br /> contaminated soil was removed from the site, please <br /> indicate what was used as fill to replace this volume in <br /> the excavated pit and provide PHS/EHD with copies of the <br /> manifests from the hazardous waste hauler (s) . <br /> 2 . The report does not include the stamp or California <br /> registration number of a certified professional as <br /> required by the Tri -Regional. Board Staff Recommendations <br /> and the Business and Professions Code. Please provide a <br /> signed and stamped replacement page 7 of 7 for the above <br /> referenced report. <br /> 3 . The samples that were collected at this site were not <br /> analyzed for the proper constituents as indicated on page <br /> 4 of your "proposal for soil excavation, soil sampling, <br /> soils transport/disposal, and site restoration, " received <br /> March 20, 1990, or as outlined in the Tri-Regional Board <br /> Staff Recommendations Table 2 , page 18, (recommended <br /> minimum verification analyses) for waste and used oil. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 0 <br />
