I <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> M <br /> k NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at k <br /> 275 Grantline Road, in the City of Tracy �(APN 214-320-80-6)'1on the <br /> corner of Grantline Road, and Entrada Way; has been reviewed by San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental ` Health <br /> Division (PHS-EHD) The plan is a proposal for mitigation, of <br /> hazardous substances which contaminated the site due . to <br /> unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which were located on the property! <br /> EI '� <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental ' Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program,' has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmentall1impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> f� <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review`,�at the <br /> City of Tracy Public Library, 20 E. Eaton111.Ave, and PHS-EHD, i' 445 N. <br /> San Joaquin Street, Stockton, Californizi, during normal working <br /> hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. If a wrritteii! request by any member of <br /> the public for a public hearing is not received by PHS-EHD by March <br /> 20, 1995, the tentative decision shall become final on that date <br /> and time. <br /> r <br /> All requests for public hearings must be 'filed in writing to PHS- <br /> EHD at P.O.
