They only exception has been the prima cord is too large to be threaded down
the well casing. But none the less, if the blaster has an issue with our request he may contact me to discuss alternative
blast methods that will give us the results we need to properly destroy these problematic wells.
Thanks
Adrienne
Adrienne El/saesser, REHS
Unit IV Program Coordinator
Groundwater Protection Programs:
Site Mitigation/LOP/Small Public Water Systems
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton , CA 95205
2 (209)468-0343 / 8 (209)468-0341
®aellsaesser@s[cehd.com
From: Waite, Brian A rmailto:BWaitenchevron.com]
Sent: Thursday, April 23, 2015 8:10 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Cc: Adrienne Ellsaesser [EH]
Subject: RE: blast perforation
I understand that a certified blaster is the only one authorized to make that determination. Is that your understanding as
well?
Brian A. Waite, P.G.
Project Manager
t
