Please submit a <br /> completed Master File Record (form enclosed); Well and Boring Permit Application form and <br /> a copy of the encroachment permit issued by the City of Stockton. A review of the site <br /> records indicate that a total of thirty-three wells: 12 groundwater monitoring wells; 7 <br /> extraction wells; 14 air sparge wells currently are installed.
