(f) Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original instrument. (9) Waiver. It is agreed that any party to this Agreement may extend time for performance by any other parry hereto or waive the performance of any obligation of any other party hereto or waive any inaccuracies in the representations and warranties of any other party, but any such waiver shall be in writing, unless a non-written waiver is expressly permitted, and shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of any other obligation, condition; representation or warranty under this Agreement. (h) Amendments. This Agreement cannot be altered, amended, changed or modified in any respect or particular unless each such alteration, amendment, change or modification shall have been agreed to by each of the parties hereto and reduced to writing in its entirety and signed and delivered by each parry. 14.
