Benzene concentrations for these three samples ranged from 0.77 to 7.0 pain,
toluene concentrations ranged from 13 to 51 pptlz, ethylbenzene concentrations rangeri from
4 to 16 ppm, and total xylene isomers ranged from 27 to 140 ppm (Table 2). Tht PIC)
readings for these three samples at 25, 35, and 45 feet (Table 1) corresponded well with the
Tmig concentrations: tite low. mid. and high PID reading matching the respective low. mid.
and Itiglt TPI concentrations.
ell The laboratory results of the soil samples collected from boring R-3 (25 and 45 feet below
grade)indicated the concentrations of TPHg and BTEX comnound.s were below the detection
limits for the tests used (Table 2). PID readings were 0 ppmv for all samples collected from
boring B-3 (Table 1).
The results of laboratory analysis of the samples collected from boring B-41indicated the
concentrations of TPHg were 190 ppm at 35 feet below grade but were below detection limits
for the samples collected at 25 and 45 feet below grade (Table 2). The concentrations of
TPHg correspond with the PID readings at 25 feet, 423 ppmv at 35 feet, and 26 ppmv at 45
feet (Table 1). The concentrations of BTEX compounds ranged from below the detection
® limits to 34 ppm in the samples collected from this boring (Table 2).
'File results of tite laboratory anaiysis of the samples from boring B-s (25, 35. and 45 feet
® below grade) indicate concentrations of TPHg were below the detection limits for the test
used (Table 2). The concentration of BTEX compounds detected in the three samples ranged
from below the detection limits for the test used to 0.70 ppm (Table 2). TPHg concentrations
did not correspond to the PID readings, which were 115 ppmv for the sample from 25 feet
- Applied GeoSyStems
