A Site Mitigation <br /> Acknowledgment Request for Services and Analytical Release Form is included in the <br /> Appendix A of this work plan. <br /> SITE BACKGROUND AND ADJACENT PROPER71Y <br /> Unocal Service Station No. 6981 is on the northwest corner of March Lane and Pacific <br /> Avenue in Stockton, California, as shown on the Site Vicinity Map (Plate 1). Two 12,000- <br /> gallon underground gasoline-storage tanks are currently in place east of the station building. <br /> Information provided by Unocal indicates that these existing tanks are double walled and <br /> are used to store regular unleaded gasoline and super unleaded gasoline. The approximate <br /> locations of the tanks, other selected site features, and nearby utilities are shown on the <br /> Generalized Site Plan (Plate 2). <br /> The site is a relatively flat and is at an elevation of approximately 13 feet above mean sea <br /> level. Properties adjacent to the site primarily contain commercial buildings.
